Easy Homemade Avocado Mayo

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 cup Avocado oil


  • In a small food processor add the egg
  • add Dijon mustard, vinegar, and salt on top of the egg.
  • Pour half the oil on top
  • Blend for 20 seconds until it starts to turn white. Begin slowly pouring the rest of the oil on top until it is the consistancy you like.
